Position: Assisted Living ADMINISTRATOR/ General Manager Location: Carson City, Nevada Reports
to: Regional Director/Chief Operations Officer Summary: Administrator for 82-unit assisted living and memory care community
is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the
community (including all aspects of retirement, assisted living, and memory
care). Responsibility includes achieving lease-up and maintaining rental of the
community to capacity; for achieving high resident satisfaction and quality
resident care/services; for ensuring compliance with applicable State and
Federal requirements; for generating respect in the community for the senior community;
for ensuring smooth operations; building and maintaining census and for generating
the projected profit for the community. Drug Screen and background check
required. Experience
in senior housing management and/or retirement/assisted living/memory care
preferred. Bachelor’s degree
preferred. Ideal candidate will be NAB certified with Alzheimer's endorsement.
